Here’s a quick 5-minute mental exercise you can start charge now to help you start varying the way you need food.

Step 1: Find a satisfied, quiet place where there are no distractions. Begin breathing deeply until you are rather relaxed. Next, count backward from 10-1, slowly. With each count, the picture that your mind is traveling deeper and deeper.

Step 2: After you have ended counting, a picture that you are relaxing by physically in your favorite place. A private beach or a log in the woods will do the trick. Picture yourself feeling so very calm and passive.

Step 3: Next, picture a basket full of your favorite fresh selected fruit session true next to you. See it without a doubt in your mind, the color, the feel, all about that fruit. Picture beautiful a bite of that tender fruit and enjoy it like by no means before.

Step 4: Repeat the following proposal to physically 10 times: “From now on, anytime I think of eating, I right away feel a desire for fruit.”
